Newsflash Amendments to the Dutch 30%-ruling
On September 16, 2011, the Dutch State Secretary of Finance, has announced the 2012 Dutch tax plan, which among others contains changes to the Dutch fiscal 30%-ruling. It is clear that the 30%-ruling will overall become more restrictive, with some exceptions.
