Newsflash Dutch VAT
The proposed 2012 VAT changes in the Dutch legislation have been presented in the Fiscal Measures with respect to 2012. It is most likely that these measures will be approved by the Government. As a result the following Dutch VAT rules will change as of 1 January 2012.
